Refund Policy

We believe in transparency and fairness. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued. By using our services, you agree to this policy in full.

1. Advance Payment Policy

  • All projects require a 20% advance payment before work begins.

  • This advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • The advance confirms the order, reserves resources, and initiates project execution.

2. No Refund After Work Starts

Once the project has started:

  • No refunds will be provided for the advance payment.

  • If the client decides to cancel the project midway, the paid amount will be forfeited.

  • Time, effort, and resources invested are non-recoverable.

3. Final Payment & Delivery

  • The remaining 80% payment is due once the project is completed and ready for delivery.

  • If the client fails to complete the remaining payment:

    • The project will not be delivered

    • Access, files, and accounts may be withheld, suspended, or deleted

    • No refund of the advance payment will be issued

4. Non-Payment Consequences

If full payment is not completed:

  • We reserve the right to cancel the project

  • We may deactivate, remove, or delete any related setup or accounts

  • Ownership rights will remain with us until full payment is received

  • Legal action or payment recovery measures may be initiated if necessary

5. No Refund After Delivery

Once the project is delivered:

  • No refunds will be issued under any condition

  • Claims related to performance, earnings, traffic, or results are not eligible for refunds

  • Acceptance of delivery confirms satisfaction with the service provided

6. No Earnings or Performance Guarantee

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including but not limited to:

  • No earnings or low earnings

  • No orders, traffic, or leads

  • Market conditions or competition

  • Lack of effort or consistency by the client
    We provide services, not guarantees of results.

7. Third-Party Issues

We are not responsible for refunds related to:

  • Hosting suspensions

  • Domain or subdomain limitations

  • Policy violations by third-party platforms

  • Advertising or monetization account restrictions
    Any action taken by third-party service providers does not qualify for a refund.

8. Free Hosting & Subdomain Disclaimer

Due to low service charges:

  • Websites may be built on free hosting and free subdomains

  • These services come with limitations beyond our control

  • No refunds will be issued for downtime, restrictions, or future limitations of free services

9. Change of Mind

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Delays caused by client

  • Failure to provide required information on time

  • Misunderstanding of service scope after agreement

10. Policy Updates

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication.

11. Agreement

By placing an order or making any payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
