Interviewer / Recruiter:

• Your interview will be conducted by an authorized member of the Launch My Web Recruitment Team.
• The name of your assigned interviewer or recruiter will be communicated to you together with your interview schedule.

Strict Interview Timing Policy:

• Punctuality is an important part of the recruitment process.
• Candidates must join their interview at the exact time provided by the Recruitment Team.
• A maximum grace period of 5 minutes will be allowed after the scheduled interview time. If you fail to join within this five-minute period, you may be disqualified from the recruitment process.
• There will be no second interview, regardless of the reason for missing the scheduled interview.
• Joining on time is the candidate’s responsibility.

Technical Requirements:

• Before attending your interview and throughout your work with the team, you should have access to the necessary equipment and working environment required for professional communication and assigned tasks.
• You should have a reliable laptop or computer when required, a smartphone with WhatsApp, a fast and stable internet connection, a working microphone, and a working camera for the interview.
• You should also have access to a suitable and quiet environment for online meetings and sufficient availability to complete assigned work within the required time.
• Some tasks may be possible using a mobile phone. However, candidates must have access to a laptop or computer whenever a particular task requires one.

Interview Presentation and Professionalism:

• Your presentation and conduct during the interview will be an important part of the selection process.
• During the interview, your camera must remain on and your face must be clearly visible. You must be properly and professionally dressed and attend the interview from a suitable and quiet environment.

Interview Questions and Assessment:

• During the interview, you may be asked questions regarding your background, skills, previous experience, communication abilities, client handling, sales and work ability, problem-solving skills, availability, time management, commitment, and understanding of commission-based work.
• You are expected to answer all questions clearly, honestly, and professionally.
• The interview is intended to help the Recruitment Team understand your suitability for the opportunity and determine whether you meet the required standards.

Commission Based Work:

• Selected team members will work with Launch My Web under a commission-based structure.
• This is not a fixed salary position.
• The applicable commission percentage, earning method, working procedure, responsibilities, and other relevant details will be explained during the recruitment and interview process.
• Candidates will be informed about the applicable commission percentage, how commissions are calculated, how earnings are generated, work responsibilities, client-handling procedures, the payment and commission process, performance expectations, the team working system, and any applicable training requirements.
• Candidates should carefully understand the commission-based nature of this opportunity before proceeding with the recruitment process.

Training and Further Process:

• Candidates who are successfully selected will proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process.

Time Management and Commitment:
