Terms & Conditions

By accessing our website or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• All clients are required to agree to these Terms & Conditions before availing any service.

• Using our services, making a payment, or placing an order automatically confirms your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Client Data & Confidentiality

• To provide our services, clients may be required to share certain credentials or access details (including but not limited to email access, passwords, hosting panels, or third-party accounts).

• All such information is used strictly for project development purposes only.

• Once the project is delivered, all client credentials and sensitive data are permanently deleted from our systems within two (2) hours.

• After this period, we do not retain, recover, or store any client passwords or access details.

Important:

• If a client forgets or loses access credentials after delivery, it is entirely the client’s responsibility.

• We will not be liable for data recovery or access restoration after deletion.

3. Payment Policy

• A 20% advance payment is mandatory to initiate any project.

• The remaining 80% payment must be cleared once the project is completed and before final delivery.

Non-Payment Clause:

• If a client fails to complete the remaining payment:

  • The advance payment will be non-refundable.

  • The project will not be delivered.

  • We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or permanently delete the project, accounts, or related assets.

• If a project is delivered and the client changes passwords or access details without clearing pending dues, we reserve the right to initiate legal recovery actions.

4. No Earnings or Business Guarantee

We do not guarantee:

• Earnings

• Revenue

• Orders

• Traffic

• Profitability

• Business success

Our responsibility is limited to:

• Website development

• Setup

• Monetization (where applicable)

Results depend entirely on the client’s effort, strategy, consistency, and market conditions.
If a client does not actively work on their project, no earnings can be expected.

5. Guidance & Support

• We provide basic guidance and support for up to one (1) month after project delivery.

• After this period, support or guidance may:

  • Be discontinued, or

  • Be provided at additional charges, at our discretion.

6. Hosting, Domain & Technical Decisions

• We reserve full discretion to choose:

  • Hosting platforms

  • Control panels

  • Technical infrastructure

• Due to low service charges, projects may be delivered using:

  • Free hosting services

  • Free subdomains

  • Limited disk space (e.g., 5GB)

• Clients acknowledge and accept this arrangement and agree not to raise future disputes regarding free hosting or subdomains.

7. Website Suspension & Content Responsibility

• Clients are solely responsible for the content published on their websites.

• If a client uploads or publishes content that:

  • Violates hosting provider policies

  • Breaches copyright laws

  • Is illegal, harmful, misleading, or prohibited

Then:

• Hosting providers may suspend or terminate the website at any time.

• We will not be held responsible, whether suspension occurs after one day, one month, or one year.

8. Monetization Disclaimer

• If monetization is enabled:

  • Methods may include third-party advertising networks or platforms.

  • Approval, earnings, or continuity of monetization are not guaranteed.

  • Any suspension, rejection, or termination by third-party platforms is outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses

  • Revenue loss

  • Data loss after delivery

  • Account suspensions by third parties

  • Client negligence or misuse of services

• All services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Right to Modify Services

• We reserve the right to:

  • Update, modify, or discontinue services

  • Change Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice

• Updated terms will be effective immediately upon publication.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall fall under the relevant legal jurisdiction.

12. Final Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between us and the client. No verbal or written communication outside this document shall be considered binding.
